Pertemps are recruiting for an Administrator on a temporary basis.Â

Role - Administrator
Location – Various locations across Edinburgh – must be happy to travel across the city
Hours of work – Monday – Thursday 0830 – 1700, Friday 0830 - 1555Â
Start date – as soon as possibleÂ
Duration – Ongoing
Pay rate - £14.51 per hourÂ
As an Administrator, you will be:
You should have excellent customer service, be comfortable with Microsoft Office packages and be willing to learn.Â

This role will require a Level 1 Disclosure Scotland at a cost of £25.Â

- Managing a shared mailbox
- Liaising with the wider team via MS TeamsÂ
- Answering queries by phone, email and in person
- Cash handling
- Completing banking transactionsÂ
- Completing reconciliationsÂ
- Any other administrative tasks as required.Â
