Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Watford (WD25) from September. This is a full-time role supporting pupils with special educational needs, helping them to access learning and thrive within the classroom environment.

This is a full-time role supporting pupils with special educational needs, helping them to access learning and thrive within the classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
- Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom activities
- Helping to implement EHCPs and personalised learning plans
- Promoting positive behaviour and engagement in learning
- Supporting pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development
- Previous experience working with children with SEN (in a school or similar setting)
- A patient, proactive and nurturing approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Experience within a primary school setting
- Knowledge of autism, ADHD or other additional needs
- Weekly pay of £545 – £575, dependent on experience
